Move ores to certain containers.

I don't have that much programming experience so excuse me if any of this is obviously not possible.

Would it be possible to create a script to where if a player connects a miner ship it will move it into a specified refinery. And from there move 95% of the ores into a another specified cargo container and 5% into another cargo container?
