I am now made of delight! And it only took me 8 hours to get it to actually work!
It constantly wiggles around the sun keeping a solar panel's max output at 119-120 kW and then shuts off when it reaches 0 kW!
I have no idea how robust it is though! Also the rotors and timer need manual tuning.
This is the meaning of happiness.
